Quite a number of the tutorials are missing the written text/discription for each of the steps in said tutorial.
As a boy, back in the 1950's, learned to splice from "old fishermen" , yachtsmen, real seamen, "sailmasters" . This is the best "app" by far dealing with cordage, line, sheet, splicing. It would want to be top rated as it is from a rope and cordage manufacture. Only common splice missing is the rope to chain, "anchor splice" Come on app Devs...!!!! add the anchor. Best app available on splicing. 9.5 stars outa 5.
